After our victory against the Dragons we will be looking for a result against Benetton. Ulster are on form and we will need to build up some momentum again in this difficult season.
We will be without John Cooney again for our encounter with the Dragons. There is some good news though as Henry Speight has returned from a knee injury. The Dragons side we face is also not at full strength due to international duties.

After the humiliating defeat that we suffered against Munster, we will be looking for something from this game. When I say something, anything will do. It’s hard to even think about this fixture after such an appalling gulf in class that we witnessed in our last game.

They are just two out of six changes from our last game in Port Elizabeth. Wiehahn Herbst joins O’Sullivan in the front row.
